"I was stressed & anxious about spending the day in hospital so far away from home before surgery. Mario was really fantastic. I wanted to confirm my booking quite early on in the day & Mario was communicative & cheery even at 07.00 in the morning, responding to messages, quickly & efficiently. Mario made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble - he could see I was struggling & rushed to open the door & made sure I was safe & comfortable. I’d been nil by mouth all day so to see bottled water waiting there in the cup holders was such a great surprise - such a thoughtful, generous gesture.
Mario is an excellent, safe, calm, instinctive driver & the car was spotless - I normally hate being a passenger but I was 100% calm & relaxed in his care. Without a doubt, the best Taxi experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you so much, Mario. Isabelle. Tunbridge Wells."

"Our taxi was from Green City Minicabs. Whilst the car was a bit late, I recognise that traffic was very heavy that day and that I was able to call the driver and get an estimated time for arrival.
Drive was smooth and relaxed. "
