"During confirmation of the booking, the website stalled, and I was asked to perform the complete booking process again. I had to apply the voucher code 'SORRY2' for the inconvenience. When I arrived at the meeting point the next day, there were 2 taxis, to my surprise. Since I needed just one taxi, I had to disappoint one of the drivers. Obviously something went wrong during the booking process. I can see in my bank account that your company charged me for 2 fares. Can you please book 1 of the fares back into my account? Apart from that: The taxi driver was on time and very polite, the journey was smooth and the car was fine."
